Rodeo Tower
A new perspective.
This 18-story tower on Rodeo Drive combines 30 condominium units, 5,000 square feet of commercial space, and a 57–stall automated underground parking facility. Positioned just south of Beverly Hills’ Golden Triangle, the tower’s design maximizes a compact site through a coordinated, precision layout.

The building’s massing responds to the narrow parcel, with a sculpted window wall opening westward at the front and eastward at the rear, framing views of Downtown Los Angeles. White precast concrete façades on the sides–necessarily more solid–are subtly perforated at the upper levels, offering curated glimpses of the South Bay and Hollywood Hills.
A rooftop amenity level, featuring a pool and lounge, crowns the building’s experience as a refined outdoor retreat above the city skyline.
