Beverly Hills Tower

Intelligent design.

Conceived as CARA’s architectural sibling on Rodeo Drive, this 5–story tower comprises 27 condominium units and a 36–stall automated underground parking facility. The design capitalizes on its orientation to maintain unobstructed views to the west.

  • Site constraints demanded a heightened level of spatial efficiency and technical integration, particularly in accommodating the automated parking system and vertical utilities within a compact structural envelope.

    The result is a refined vertical community that complements its counterpart while expressing its own identity through thoughtful design and smart density for Beverly Hills’ evolving urban fabric.
