  • Drawing on the city’s early 20th–century Art Deco heritage, the sculptural form is shaped to maximise views, solar access and comfort. All units are corner–oriented for natural ventilation and light, while the base integrates the historic Sontag Drug Store and a streetscape scaled for walkability.

    Tailored for residents transitioning from single–family homes, the tower includes two pools, indoor and outdoor lounges, co–working and wellness spaces, community dining, golf simulators and a dog park. Automated parking and storage systems bring added convenience, and each residence includes operable ventilation that preserves panoramic views.
